We are looking for an experienced
Senior Medical Administrator
who shares our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous qualified who finds satisfaction in accuracy and understands that in a specialist practice, the small details are what make the difference.
Your Key Contributions
Administration:
Manage scheduling and documentation with absolute accuracy.
Clinical Support:
Act as the primary liaison for our clinicians, ensuring they are prepared, supported, and free to focus on patient care.
Financial Integrity:
Handle electronic billing (Medicare/DVA) and end-of-month reporting with attention to detail.
Operational Excellence:
Maintain patient records, scan documents,



and manage practice flow to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
Proficiency in
Genie
(or equivalent) medical software is essential.
Meticulous Nature:
You possess an innate ability to spot inconsistencies and a deep-seated drive to maintain high standards in everything you do.
Communication:
You provide clear, qualified, and empathetic communication to both patients and staff.
Adaptability:
You manage competing priorities with calm focus, maintaining your high standard of work even in a busy multi-tasking environment.
