What you will do:

- Lead and manage a team of skilled consultant social workers, social workers, and outreach family support workers
- Ensure high-quality practice across the team,



supporting consultant social workers with their supervisory tasks
- Provide management oversight and consistent supervision to guarantee impactful interventions, aimed at improving outcomes for children and young people
- Oversee the performance, attendance, and health and safety needs of your team, ensuring all staff operate in a supportive and effective environment
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement, ensuring all practices align with the best interests of service users
