A crucial position has arisen for an experienced commercial construction (high rise) site manager to join strong project team on a 5 day site.

Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Oversee the construction of high rise apartments
- Management of trades and subcontractors on site
- Co-ordinate all site logistics including materials delivery and resource allocation
- Ensure strict adherance to plans and specifications
- Approval of subcontractor invoices
- Regular liaison with PM to ensure budget and time constraints are met
- Providing leadership to the site team
- Long and short term programming





Our ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering high rise residential developments to a high quality and must be able to lead a team and manage a site effectively. You should have a reliable track record in the industry, with a sound knowledge of groundworks, concrete structures and multi-level builds. You will never have to worry about your subbies being paid on time, this company is part of a large global business.
