We are now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to establish and lead our new commercial property management department from our Mount Hawthorn office.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants more than simply managing an existing portfolio. You will have the support, resources and established reputation of Holdsworth Real Estate while being given the opportunity to shape the department, introduce systems and build a successful commercial portfolio.

The Opportunity

As our Commercial Property Manager and Department Lead, you will take ownership of the establishment and ongoing growth of our commercial property management division.

You will work closely with the Directors and wider team to develop the department, onboard new managements and deliver an exceptional level of service to commercial property owners and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Establishing and developing the commercial property management department
- Managing a growing portfolio of commercial properties
- Building strong relationships with owners, tenants and contractors
- Coordinating lease renewals, rent reviews and options
- Managing arrears, outgoings, budgets and reconciliations
- Overseeing property inspections, maintenance and compliance matters




- Assisting with the onboarding of new commercial managements
- Implementing effective systems, procedures and reporting processes
- Identifying opportunities to grow the commercial portfolio
- Working collaboratively with our sales and property management teams

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

- Previous commercial property management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial leases and property management processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence working independently and making decisions
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ambition to build, lead and grow a successful department
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
