About the role:
Spectacle Hub Curlewis is looking for a current member to join our team as Part Time Optical Assistant/Dispenser in a permanent capacity. We are after someone who can work on Mondays and Wednesdays, and Saturdays, although open to adaptable days for the right candidate.
This is a customer facing role that combines retail sales, reception, and customer service duties. Experience within the optical industry is preferred but not a requirement. You will become part of our small tight-knit team with over twenty years of combined experience between us.
We offer a range of high quality products to our customers, in terms of both frames and lenses, that caters to the needs of our clientele.
We also offer a staff discount on all of our products so you can try out our frames and lenses for yourself.
Duties:
Selling frames/lenses
Optical measurements
Frame repairs/adjustments
Booking appointments
Answering phones and calling customers
General cleaning
