About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide person‐centred support across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and community access clients in the southern suburbs of Adelaide.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will support participants with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation, while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
What you'll be doing
Deliver high-quality support within a SIL environment & community
Assist with personal care, transfers, manual handling, continence support and catheter care
Support participants with daily living tasks and community participation where required
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Respond professionally to changing support needs and situations
Promote participant choice, independence and individual goals at all times
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold a valid P2 or Open Driver's Licence with a reliable, insured vehicle
Hold or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and solid communication skills
Be comfortable providing personal care and manual handling support
Be available to work a combination of day,



evening and overnight passive shifts
