Shift Supervisor - Supermarket IGA Rockingham, Western Australia, Australia
We are an independent community supermarket in Rockingham who are very customer focused. Currently, we are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, responsible, and service oriented individual to join the team as a Shift Supervisor.
We need a shift supervisor with a can-do attitude, no-fuss and someone who will get the work done.
A successful candidate would have:
Experience as a supervisor in a Supermarket - Minimum 1 year
Required to look after various departments during a shift - Bakery, Dairy, Meat, Grocery, Front end etc.
Flexibility to work as a rotating roster as we operate 7 days a week for our customers.




Available to work evening shifts and weekend availability is a must.
Must be available to work evening shifts until 9pm.
Someone who can works hands-on as well as understand how to delegate tasks.
A desire to provide the best customer experience at all times
A leadership style that takes charge of your team and not is afraid to make tough decisions
The desire to take ownership of your position at all times
