Tufting Labourer
to join our carpet manufacturing operations in North Geelong. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, repetitive production work and is comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the day.

What You'll Be Doing
This is an active manufacturing role where you'll spend most of your shift on your feet supporting the carpet making processes of tufting and beaming machinery.
Your day will involve:
· Continuous standing and walking
· Frequent lifting and carrying
· Repetitive movements throughout the shift
· Regular bending, reaching and twisting
· Working around manufacturing machinery and equipment
· Working in a production setting with varying temperatures and noise levels (PPE provided)
· General housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area
· Supporting production activities to keep manufacturing running smoothly
What We're Looking For
To be successful, you'll be someone who:
· Enjoys physically demanding work
· Can comfortably stand and walk for an entire shift
· Is happy performing repetitive tasks throughout the day
· Has the strength and fitness to undertake regular lifting and manual handling activities
· Works safely and follows established processes
· Has a positive attitude and works well within a team
Monday to Friday
7:00am - 3:00pm
