About the role
Join the team at Yoon&Co.;, a leading hair and beauty salon in Robina, Queensland. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our loyal and growing client base. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you'll be doing
Providing a range of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
Ensuring exceptional customer service see and a premium experience for all clients
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your work area
Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon through proactive client engagement
Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
What we're looking for
Formal qualification in barbering or hairdressing, with experience in a salon or barbershop setting
Robust customer service skills and the ability to deliver a premium grooming experience
Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment




A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Must have Australian work rights or valid work visa to be eligible for employment
