About the role

Our South Australian Delivery team is responsible for delivering critical electrical infrastructure projects across the state. We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Site Supervisors with strong background in substation or heavy industrial electrical construction to join the team. As an Electrical Construction Site Supervisor, you will provide direct leadership and supervision for multiple employees and subcontractors and be the driving force behind our dedicated team delivering a large-scale project on time and to client requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

overseeing WHS, Environmental and Quality Systems for the entire worksitesupervising overall work group performance, including productivity, stakeholder engagement and compliancecoordination between subcontractors, internal staff and external stakeholderscommissioning interfacework planning to ensure schedule and project outcomes are metensuring resource utilisation is cost-effective to meet budget needs.

About you

You’re an experienced HV electrical construction supervisor with strong communication and problem-solving skills.



You confidently lead diverse subcontractor teams and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to resolve complex project challenges. You’re driven to lead safe, high-performing teams and deliver work to the highest quality standards.

This role involves working on project sites across SA. Rosters vary depending on project requirements, with a typical roster of 10 days on / 4 days off, 10-hour days, plus overtime and travel allowances. As Construction Site Supervisor you will be required to be in office to effectively lead delivery. This role is being offered as a 24mth Term Contract.

You’ll bring:

- proven experience in substation construction, including installation of high-voltage equipment and systemselectrical Trade Certificate
- current NSW Electrical Workers Licence (or ability to obtain via mutual recognition)
- current NSW Driver’s Licence
