As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering outstanding projects across Western Australia.

About the role as a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from design, planning, project delivery through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You will work closely with leading retail brands, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, combining strong leadership with practical problem solving to achieve exceptional outcomes.

No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a diverse portfolio of commercial projects up to $15m

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of design and construct commercial projects.

Develop and oversee project programs, budgets, and reporting.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers,



and site teams to achieve project milestones.

Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Identify and resolve project risks before they impact delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, tenants and stakeholders.

Deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring: 5+ years' experience managing commercial construction projects. Demonstrated experience delivering design and construct projects from concept through to completion. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and site operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to confidently manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Experience using project management and reporting software. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong commitment to quality and safety. Australian working rights required.
