is looking to recruit a
Blaster & Painter Specialist
for its Workshop based in
Wangara
.
With a solid foothold in the Region and due to the continued growth of the Business, we require additional resources to be based in our Workshop to meet these demands.
High standards are the backbone of our success and our ability to deliver top quality work to exceed our customer expectations.
Potential candidates must have either a
Certification in Surface Preparation
or
Automotive Body Repair Technology
with a minimum of
3 years trade experience
in the industry.
High standards are necessary for this position, coupled with a can-do attitude and commitment to continuous improvement culture towards quality and safety. Candidates will need to demonstrate a robust passion for the job with a solid motivation to exceed customer expectations at all times.
The successful candidate will be fully hands on in the Workshop.



Applications will be high gloss polyurethanes, high build epoxies and zinc-rich primers to Oil & Gas specifications. Applications will be through spray or brush depending on the nature of the product. Blasting skills and understanding of surface preparation standards are a must for this job. Blasting will be part of the day-to-day requirements as well as masking and taping.
The successful applicant will have a valid current Driver license and Forklift license.
Working hours are from Mondays to Fridays from 07:30 to 4pm (40 hours a week).
