The Salvation Army's Bethany Aged Care Centre in Port Macquarie is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as a Behaviour Support Mentor on a permanent part time basis (two days per week).
You will coach care staff to understand and respond to changed behaviours with a person-centred approach, considering health, history and workplace.
You will lead practical mentoring, guide behaviour support plans, and help teams translate clinical knowledge into daily care.
