The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Supervisor - Packaging to join our Packaging team based in Panorama! Reporting to the Senior Supervisor and Packaging Site Manager, you will lead a designated production area, coordinating, supervising, supporting and training employees to deliver quality outcomes, meet production targets and exceed customer expectations.

As a people-focused leader, you will play a vital role in supporting employees with disability to build skills, increase independence and achieve their NDIS goals within a safe, supportive and inclusive workplace. You will also oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring safety, quality, housekeeping and operational performance standards are consistently maintained.

This part-time (0.84 FTE) position operates Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:00pm (32 hours per week) and is based at Bedford's Packaging site in Panorama. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and support a team of employees, including people with disability, to achieve production and individual development goals.
- Coordinate day-to-day packaging operations to ensure production targets,



quality standards and customer requirements are consistently met.
- Oversee employee training, performance and workplace development, supporting the achievement of NDIS goals and outcomes.
- Maintain secure work practices, quality systems and housekeeping standards, ensuring compliance with WHS, ISO and Bedford requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, resolve operational issues and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

About You – The Ideal Candidate:

- Proven leadership experience in a packaging, manufacturing, warehousing or distribution environment, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Robust communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Experience with machine set-ups, troubleshooting and quality management systems, supported by strong mechanical aptitude
- Positive, resilient and empathetic leader who is passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve their goals.
- Forklift Licence and disability sector experience highly regarded
- Current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
