The City of Charles Sturt is seeking a team-oriented and future-focused Team Leader – Community Experience (Libraries) to lead library operations and customer experience at Ngutungka West Lakes, an integrated Community Centre and Library, while contributing across our broader library network.

Leading a team of Library & Information Officers, you will foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement. You will oversee day-to-day operations, build team capability, drive service excellence and ensure library services remain responsive to the needs of a diverse and growing community.

Working closely with fellow leaders, you will help position our libraries as vibrant community hubs that connect people with learning,



information, resources and each other.

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Experience leading teams in libraries, community services or similar customer-focused environments
- A strong commitment to inclusive and welcoming community experiences
- Excellent people leadership, coaching and operational management skills
- A customer-first approach and passion for community engagement
- Confidence leading change and driving continuous improvement
