Our client is seeking a proactive Procurement Officer to join a well-established regional organisation where your expertise will directly support essential services, infrastructure projects, and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing
Managing procurement activities in line with policies, procedures, and legislative requirementsCoordinating inventory and stock management processesBuilding strong relationships with suppliers, procurement partners, and internal stakeholdersSupporting tendering, RFQ and EOI processesDelivering procurement guidance and training to staff across the organisationIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk, and achieve value for moneyEnsuring the timely supply of materials and services to support operational deliveryWhat we're looking for
Certificate IV in Procurement (or equivalent experience)Minimum 4 years' experience in procurement,



purchasing, stores, or supply chain environmentsStrong understanding of procurement principles, probity, and contract managementExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to balance competing priorities and deliver results in a rapid-paced environmentA cooperative, solutions-focused approach with high levels of integrity and accountabilityCurrent Class C Driver LicenceHighly regarded
