The Ville Resort Casino is currently seeking full time and part time VIP Concierge Hosts to join our VIP Services team. This is more than a concierge role. It's an opportunity to build a rewarding career with North Queensland's leading integrated resort and casino .

Our VIP Services team delivers personalised experiences to our premium casino members through luxury hospitality, gaming, accommodation, dining, entertainment and exclusive events. Working alongside our VIP Service Executives and teams across Gaming, Hotels, Food and Beverage and Events, you'll help create memorable experiences while developing valuable skills in one of Australia's most diverse hospitality groups.

The Role

As a VIP Concierge Host , you'll be based at our VIP Concierge reception and will be the first point of contact for many of our valued casino members and guests.

Working closely with our VIP Service Executives , you'll welcome guests into our exclusive VIP gaming areas, coordinate accommodation, restaurant, entertainment and transport bookings, answer telephone and email enquiries, conduct guest meet and greets and help deliver seamless, personalised experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming VIP members and guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Providing exceptional service from the VIP Concierge reception.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries.
- Coordinating accommodation, restaurant, entertainment and transport bookings.
- Conducting guest arrivals, departures and meet and greets.
- Building genuine relationships with members through personalised service.




- Supporting VIP Service Executives by coordinating guest itineraries, reservations and premium experiences.
- Liaising with Gaming, Hotels, Concierge, Food and Beverage and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Maintaining accurate bookings and guest records while ensuring the highest standards of discretion, professionalism and regulatory compliance.

About You

You are passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoy creating memorable experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering personalised service and enjoy building lasting relationships with guests.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, concierge, reception, customer service or gaming.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional presentation.
- Experience managing bookings, reservations and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Robust computer literacy, with Opera or similar property management system experience highly regarded.
- Fluency in Vietnamese, Cantonese or Mandarin will be highly regarded.
- A current unrestricted driver's licence highly regarded.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Employee Licence.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG), or willingness to obtain.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
