We’re looking for a confident, proactive Strata Portfolio Administration Assistant to join our award-winning Adelaide team. This 12 month maternity leave contract offers the potential to continue in a full-time role thereafter.
What You'll Be Doing
- Liaising with contractors, property owners, and agents
- Sending agendas, minutes & general correspondence
- Coordinating work orders & following up on maintenance
- Working with our insurance and accounts teams
- Delivering outstanding admin and customer support
About You
- Strong admin background and communication skills
- Outstanding at juggling priorities and building relationships
- Positive, solutions-focused, and a true team player
- Industry experience is a bonus – but not essential (we’ll train you!)
