An exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Gepps Cross Head Office as a Front of House Spare Parts Interpreter .

About the role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key part in our parts department operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing front counter service, including spare parts quoting and sales (parts identification/interpretation through to the final invoice)

- Spare Parts ordering through the various manufacture portals

- Maintaining stock levels (along with on-going stock-takes)

- Delivering excellent customer service (in person, phone, and email)





- Assisting parts manager and service managers where required (across all brahces)

- Processing supplier invoices and receipting of goods

- Supporting general departmental tasks as required

Applicants will require the following attributes:

- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn multiple systems (this is an essential part of the role)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong time management and organisational skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with others, "team orientated" approach

- Previous Spare Parts experience (preferable)

- Knowledge of the construction and/or agricultural industries (advantageous but not essential)

Additional information

- Some seasonal Saturday morning work may be required (not essentail)

- A forklift licence is desirable but not essential

- Full-time position with an immediate start available

- Training provided, including system-based learning (local and interstate if required)

- Junior applicants and trainees will be considered
