Australian fashion brand JGR & STN was founded by Lucy Jackson and Nikki Westcott in and has grown into a staple label for celebrities and trendsetters worldwide. The brand has a strong direct-to-consumer presence through its own online channels, supported by curated stockists across major retailers in Australia, Current Zealand and the United States. JGR & STN focuses on contemporary, fashion-forward designs that resonate with a global audience. This isn't a content scheduling role. It's a creative one. You'll own our social channels from strategy through to execution, developing concepts that go beyond day-to-day posting, from campaign launches and product drops to reactive content and founder storytelling.
You'll plan, film and edit content across Instagram and TikTok, working closely with Lucy, Nikki and our Creative Manager to make sure everything feels true to the JGR & STN brand as we grow across Australia,



the US and international markets.
You'll also own international creator partnerships end to end, including our JGR GRL initiative, sourcing talent, coordinating collaborations and turning creators into genuine brand advocates.
We're looking for someone genuinely creative, with experience in eCommerce, ideally within women's fashion or apparel. You'll be strong across Instagram, TikTok and emerging culture, confident directing and editing content from concept to final cut, and ready to take real creative ownership in one of Australia's fastest-growing fashion brands. Experience designing and editing creative video and static content using tools such as Canva. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, is a bonus.
A robust eye for composition, branding and visual storytelling is essential.
