BSC Freight Pty Ltd BSC Freight is seeking an experienced fleet manager to oversee vehicle operations, maintenance, compliance and driver coordination across the Shoalhaven and adjoining Capital Region. The role will ensure the fleet operates safely, efficiently and reliably to meet regional freight and customer requirements. Coordinate servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime. Ensure vehicles and drivers meet registration, safety, fatigue management and heavy vehicle compliance requirements. Monitor fuel, maintenance, insurance and other fleet operating costs.
Prepare driver rosters and coordinate drivers to meet delivery schedules. Maintain accurate fleet, servicing, compliance and incident records. Monitor driver performance, vehicle usage and delivery activity using tracking systems.
Liaise with customers, workshops, suppliers and transport contractors to resolve operational issues. Qualification & experience Diploma or Degree qualification (or equivalent or higher) At least 1 year of experience in fleet management, transport, logistics, or a related field Strong organisational and time management skills Knowledge of fleet compliance, safety, and maintenance requirements Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities About Company
