The Meat Safe WA is looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our retail store in Subiaco. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality products, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Recruit, train, roster, and monitor staff performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and oversee inventory control.
- Ensure attractive product presentation and merchandising in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Prepare sales reports, manage budgets, and control operating expenses.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, food safety regulations, and company policies.




- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe retail environment.

About You

- Diploma or higher qualification in Retail Management, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent industry experience.
- At least one year of relevant experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar retail supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage stock, sales targets, and day-to-day retail operations.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
