Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day transport and logistics operations of the business. This fast-paced position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, transport providers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily transport schedules for inbound and outbound freight.
- Liaise with transport providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Prepare and process transport documentation, customer invoices, manifests and delivery paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records within transport and ERP systems.
- Monitor freight movements and proactively resolve delivery issues.
- Assist with inventory movements and warehouse administration.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates.
- Process transport invoices and reconcile freight charges.
- Generate reports and provide administrative support to the logistics team.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a logistics, transport or administration role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience using ERP or transport management systems (desirable).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
