We're now expanding our technician network across New South Wales and are looking for passionate IT professionals to join our team.
Locations
We are hiring in the following areas: Sydney Metro: Blacktown · Bondi · Chatswood · Eastern Suburbs · Liverpool · North Sydney · Northern Beaches · Parramatta · Sutherland Shire · Sydney CBD Hunter & Central Coast: Gosford · Erina · Lake Macquarie · Maitland · Newcastle · Port Stephens · Raymond Terrace · Tuggerah · Wyong Illawarra & South Coast: Kiama · Shellharbour · Wollongong Regional NSW: Bathurst · Orange · Tamworth · Wagga Wagga Applicants must reside in or near their preferred location(s) and have their own reliable vehicle.
What You'll Be Doing
- Attending customer homes and business sites to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Repairing laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Setting up and troubleshooting networks, Wi‑Fi, and NBN connections
- Performing data recovery, backup configuration, and storage solutions
- Installing and configuring software, operating systems, and security tools
- Setting up smart home devices, AV equipment, and connected devices
- Delivering cyber security advice and solutions to residential and SMB clients
- Documenting job notes, parts used, and outcomes through our technician app
- Providing clear,
jargon‑free communication to customers throughout every visit
What We're Looking For
- CompTIA A+ certification (current and valid)
- +1A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Smartphone compatible with our technician platform (iOS or Android)
Preferred (not essential — both experience levels welcome)
- CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent certifications
- Cisco (CCNA), Microsoft (MCP/MCSA), or similar vendor certifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with NBN installation, smart home, or AV setup
- Prior field technician or IT support experience
