Select Events Canberra Pty Ltd is seeking a creative, organised, and customer-focused Event Stylist & Sales Coordinator to join our growing Canberra team.

This exciting role combines event styling, sales, customer service, administration, and event coordination. You'll work closely with clients from their initial enquiry through to the successful delivery of their event, helping create memorable experiences across corporate events, exhibitions, gala dinners, community events, weddings, and special occasions.

About the Role

As our Event Stylist & Sales Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients while coordinating every stage of the event planning process. You'll also assist with styling, showroom presentation, warehouse preparation, and on-site event delivery when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to client enquiries via phone and email.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and event documentation.
- Meet with clients to discuss styling concepts and event requirements.
- Coordinate event schedules, logistics and supplier requirements.
- Assist with event styling, installations and pack-downs.




- Prepare and organise event equipment and décor.
- Maintain showroom displays and warehouse presentation.
- Build strong relationships with recent and existing clients.
- Work collaboratively with the operations and events team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- A current Australian Driver Licence (essential).
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, styling, sales or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Confidence preparing quotations and managing client relationships.
- A creative eye and passion for event styling.
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during event periods.
- A positive, professional and team-oriented attitude.
