Role Highlights

This is a fantastic opportunity for a personable and adaptable Office Administrator to join a growing and collaborative organisation in a varied role supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working closely with the Office Manager and Marketing Manager, you'll provide administrative and office support across the wider business, with exposure to project teams, senior management, events and marketing activities.

This is a role that offers genuine variety, flexibility and the chance to develop your skills across multiple areas of a growing business. It would suit an experienced administrator, a business graduate looking to begin their career, or someone returning to the workforce and seeking a flexible role with meaningful and wide-ranging responsibilities. Full training will be provided, and the organisation is open to flexible working arrangements, including school hours where required.

Organisation

The organisation is a well-established and growing business with more than 25 years of experience delivering industrial and commercial projects across SA. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering quality outcomes through a collaborative, reliable and solutions-focused approach.

The culture is highly supportive and flexible, with a genuine focus on employee wellbeing and work-life balance. You'll join a team that values collaboration, celebrates success and creates an environment where people feel valued and supported. Employees enjoy flexible working arrangements, team activities, social events and a generous wellbeing program,

alongside opportunities to work closely with project teams and senior management.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day office administration, including phones, enquiries, mail, deliveries and supplies.
- Coordinate general office requirements, including groceries, stationery and Friday lunches.
- Provide administrative support across the business and teams across SA and VIC.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, record keeping, timesheets and data management.
- Support current project setup, job folders, documentation and project administration.
- Assist with site administration, procurement, compliance and maintaining asset registers.
- Support marketing and engagement activities, including social media, events and communications.
- Assist with event logistics, meeting coordination, bookings, agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate suppliers across office, IT, uniforms, signage and other business requirements.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, training coordination and staff record management.

Candidate Profile

You will be a positive, personable and adaptable individual who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting a busy team. Strong communication skills, confidence and a professional presentation are important, particularly given the reception and phone responsibilities of the role.

You will be organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities, with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods.

Previous administration or office coordination experience will be highly regarded, although this role could also suit a business graduate looking to start their career or someone returning to the workforce. Experience across events, social media, marketing or the construction industry would be advantageous but is not essential.

You will have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, along with robust organisational skills and the ability to learn new systems and processes. Most importantly, you will bring a warm personality, a willingness to learn, confidence in dealing with people and a genuine desire to contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

What's on Offer

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and supportive organisation that genuinely values its people. You'll enjoy a varied Office Administrator role with exposure across the wider business, project teams and senior management, alongside flexible working arrangements and the ability to manage your hours around your individual circumstances.

You will also benefit from a supportive team culture, strong employee perks, wellbeing initiatives, social activities and access to a 12-month leadership development program. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a business that provides genuine support, development and exposure.
