About this Chance





We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to join our team based in Wingfield SA, working a minimum of 2 days per week.

Reporting to the Supply and Inventory Manager, this role will be responsible for:

Overseeing daily purchases, order execution, and management of all purchased items

Ensuring MPS/MRP outputs are implemented, and purchase orders are executed according to guidelines

Managing purchase order dates and maintain accuracy within the designated ERP system

Acting as a central information source for Customer Service and other departments, providing timely and accurate updates

About You

Experience in purchasing

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated and result oriented

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
