We are seeking experienced and motivated UndergroundHSE&T; Coordinators, Underground Training Advisors and Underground Safety Training Supervisors for our clients’ underground mining operations.

Work closely with leaders and operational teams, and play a key role in maintaining a protected, compliant, and productive workplace through effective training systems, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain safe work procedures while promoting a proactive safety culture across the site.
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor training systems, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with company standards and legislative requirements.
- Conduct Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments to ensure employees maintain the required skills and competencies for their roles.
- Carry out regular workplace inspections, task observations, and audits to verify compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Inspect, maintain, and monitor emergency equipment and systems within the underground environment.
- Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions to improve workplace safety.




- Provide coaching and support to supervisors and employees on safety and training requirements.
- Maintain accurate training and compliance records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

- Cert IV Training and Assessment
- Cert IV Work Health and Safet
- Lead Investigator (ICAM preferred)
- Current Manual Driver's license
- Experience working in a mechanised hard rock underground production environment.
- A strong working knowledge of the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Workplace Health and Safety (Mining) Regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in competency-based training and assessment.
- A proactive approach to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Candidates must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen and be willing to provide a National Police Clearance.
