What you'll be doing

- Provide friendly, professional customer service over the phone and in person.
- Help customers with enquiries, requests, payments and a wide range of council services.
- Develop knowledge of council policies, departments and operations.
- Coordinate bookings for the Clarence Community Bus, support volunteer drivers and manage council vehicle bookings.
- Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and community members.
- Contribute to improving the way we work by sharing ideas and supporting your team.

What you'll bring

- Experience delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
- Confidence using computer systems and completing administrative tasks accurately.
- Experience handling payments and maintaining attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities and learn recent skills.
- A national police check certificate (dated within 6 months) prior to commencement.

- Base salary between $71,336.05 and $78,956.25 pro rata (depending on skills and experience) + 13.5% superannuation
- Permanent and part-time
- 3 days per week (Mondays,



Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9 am - 5.15 pm with a 45 minute lunch break)
