About the role:

- Full-time position available
- Mainly dinner service
- Prepare and cook Korean-style dishes
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Support daily kitchen operation, prep and stock control
- Help improve kitchen workflow and food safety standards
- Work closely with the owner to build a stronger kitchen system

Requirements:

- Must have previous commercial kitchen experience in 2 years
- Korean / Asian restaurant experience preferred
- Able to work in a rapid-paced dinner service
- Reliable, organised and responsible
- Strong sense of cleanliness and food safety
- Able to lead or support a small kitchen team
- Willing to grow with the business
