Currumbin RSL on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Chief Kitchen Steward to lead our stewarding team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, this full time role drives kitchen hygiene, food safety compliance, chemical management and deep cleaning programs across the venue.

You will mentor the stewarding staff, oversee operations in kitchen and event spaces, support stock storage, and champion sustainability. Join a values-driven hospitality team focused on service excellence and community.
