Telecommunication Riggers
to join our Wireless Construction Company at St Marys SA .
This role requires a commitment to reasonable overtime with penalty rates and occasional travel away from home with LAFHA Allowance.
We are looking for experienced candidates who under direction can carry out quality installations of Telecommunication's cabling and equipment on rooftops, towers, masts and poles.
Erecting and Installation of Greenfield Builds including truncated poles, lattice towers and guyed masts.
Understand and perform testing of installed external equipment including sweep testing, PIM testing & fibre testing. Fault finding and rectification.
Ability to read plans and understand plumbing diagrams.
Collection and compilation of HOP documentation.
Skill Requirements;
High regard for OH&S; and Documentation
High Risk Workers Licence - Rigger Basic, Intermediate or Advanced
3 years of experience as a telecommunications rigger
Drivers Licence
MR Truck Licence
EWP Operators licence
White Card
Working at Heights
Tower Rescue
RF Awareness
First Aid Certification
Experience as a Communications Technician will also be highly valued.
