About the Role

DIG Personnel are seeking experienced Multi-skilled Civil Plant Operators to join our civil construction team. You will be working on a range of projects including roadworks, drainage, earthworks, subdivisions, and general civil maintenance.

12 hour days operating Monday to Friday, with Saturday work scheduled as needed.

Positions Available

- Excavator Operators
- Loader Operators
- Skid Steer Operators
- Roller Operators
- MR/HR Truck Drivers - Watercart, Tipper, Dump Truck experience (desirable)
- Pipelayers
- Telehandler Operators

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in civil construction
- White Card obtained within a classroom
- RII Nationally Accredited Tickets & Licences (preferred)
- Ability to work safely and follow site procedures




- Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Minimum of 2 contactable references within the last 6 months
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical/Drug and Alcohol
