Electrician – Service Technician / Fitter/ Mechanical
Further growth for our Client in the Northwest suburbs of Adelaide for heavy-duty electricians /mechanics/ Fitters auto electricians with crane experience to join our client team as Service Technician.
Successful applicant will have the opportunity to earn well above industry hourly rates, whilst still having the added perk of being Adelaide based & permanent.
About you Whilst experience on cranes & overhead cranes namely gantry, would be seen as a benefit, it is not essential.
This role may also be suitable for candidates from the automotive or mechanical background looking to make the move into larger equipment, but must have a strong aptitude for diagnostics, manufacture ,service, repair and experience with large mechanical equipment.
Trade qualifications in Mobile Equipment Fitting / Plant Mechanics, Electrical or other relevant qualifications




Minimum 3 years in Electrical / Fitter / Mechanical service repairs , manufacture and maintenance or comparable heavy machinery experience
Ability to repair, manufacture & service overhead gantry crane
White Card & EWP License is an advantage
Permanent role
Driver's license – ability to drive manual and automatic & also trailers on the back
Experience in managing customer relationships and promoting services
A robust focus and commitment towards WH&S;
A Çlass or B Class Electrical license
Knowledge of schematics and fault finding an advantage
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and be able to work autonomously
Robust problem-solving skills.
