As our business continues to grow, we're looking for experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Road Transport Mechanics, and Industrial Service Operators to join our Perth Metro and Pilbara operations.

The Opportunities

We're recruiting for three exciting roles:

Heavy Diesel Mechanics

Maintain and repair our fleet of earthmoving equipment, mobile plant, service trucks, water carts, and civil machinery across workshop and field service environments.

Heavy Road Transport Mechanics

Service and maintain prime movers, side tippers, trailers, road trains, and heavy commercial vehicles supporting major mining and transport operations.

Industrial Service Operators

Operate specialised industrial service equipment including vacuum trucks, hydro excavation units, high-pressure water blasting equipment, drain cleaning equipment, and associated industrial services across mining, civil, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, maintain and repair heavy vehicles, road transport equipment and mobile plant
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Carry out preventative maintenance, repairs and component replacements
- Operate specialised industrial service equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete daily pre-starts, inspections and maintenance records
- Support shutdowns, breakdown response and field service activities
- Work safely in accordance with company and client HSE requirements
- Mentor apprentices and assist team members where required
- Maintain accurate service reports and job documentation

What We're Looking For

Heavy Diesel & Heavy Road Transport Mechanics

- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle or Mobile Plant Technology
- Experience working on heavy road transport and/or earthmoving equipment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Current HR Driver's Licence (MC desirable)
- Ability to work independently and within a team

Industrial Service Operators

- Experience operating vacuum trucks, hydro excavation, high-pressure water blasting or similar industrial equipment preferred
- HR Licence minimum (HC or MC highly regarded)




- High Pressure Water Jetting, Vacuum Loading or Confined Space tickets advantageous
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong safety focus
- Willingness to learn and undertake further training
