CivilPlus Constructions is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand – Formwork & Concrete to coordinate day‑to‑day formwork and concrete activities on site across North Queensland. You will lead crews, read drawings, plan daily tasks and ensure high safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
You will mentor apprentices and collaborate with supervisors and project management, with training provided as needed. This role requires regional/remote site work and a robust commitment to workmanship.
