The Role
We are looking for qualified Fitters with the right culture fit, a bright attitude, and the willingness to learn within a team environment. The successful applicant will demonstrate proven knowledge, skills, attention to detail and be an effective communicator in a team setting.
Day shifts and afternoon shifts are currently available.
Key Responsibilities
- Have relevant trade qualification or dual trade
- Preferred work experience within the FMCG manufacturing industry or willingness to learn
- Be able to work independently and proactively on preventive maintenance, breakdowns and new installation work
- Good fault-finding and strong problem-solving skills
- Be competent in servicing and maintaining industrial equipment
- Display positive behaviours in alignment with Sanitarium's values and be a reliable member of the team
