The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you'll lead our newest store from day one.

You'll recruit, coach and inspire a high-performing team while creating a warm, welcoming environment where every customer feels supported. You'll take ownership of store performance, champion our customer-first culture and play a key role in establishing The Memo in the Geelong community.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves retail, thrives on building great teams and enjoys making a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

- Recruiting, onboarding and developing an exceptional team
- Creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing store culture
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences that build trust and loyalty
- Driving sales, productivity and commercial performance




- Leading by example on the shop floor and bringing The Memo brand to life
- Ensuring operational excellence across stock, visual merchandising and store standards
- Building meaningful connections with your local community and customer base

About You

You're a people-first leader with a passion for retail and a track record of delivering results.

You know that great stores are built by great teams, and you take pride in creating environments where people can thrive.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience in a Store Manager or senior retail leadership role
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Commercial acumen and experience achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence managing retail operations, inventory and visual merchandising
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
