As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate and driven Fast-Food Managers to join our dynamic leadership team.

About the Role:

As a Restaurant Manager with McDonald's, you will play a pivotal role in leading your team to deliver excellence in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) . You will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including profitability, sales performance, team development, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

This is more than a management role, it’s a leadership opportunity. You will inspire and guide your team to deliver an exceptional McDonald’s experience for every customer, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive restaurant performance to meet and exceed financial and operational targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Maintain high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)
- Oversee staffing, training,



and scheduling to support daily operations
- Investigate incidents and take corrective actions to ensure a safe setting for employees and customers

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurant management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
- A commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence

The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following:

- Associate-Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and one (1) year full-time relevant work experience; OR
- Three (3) years of full time work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $86,194.00 – $90,000.00 per year
