JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage a team of tradespeople responsible for the installation of ATM machines across SA. This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating people, resources, and schedules to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality installations for a range of clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience manage a team , trade qualifications and MR Truck License . experience with ATM and technology installation preferred but not essential.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage a team of 3 tradespeople conducting ATM and technology installations.

- Actively participate in installations, working on the tools alongside team members.

- Hire and train new staff to ensure team capability and consistency.

- Develop and manage staff rosters to meet project timelines and client needs.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure adequate resourcing.

- Liaise closely with clients and project managers to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure expectations are met.

- Monitor and enforce compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures and safe work practices.

- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.

- Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer service are maintained across all jobs.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- A trade qualification (electrical, mechanical, or related field preferred).

- A valid MR (Medium Rigid) driver's licence .

- Proven experience leading teams in a field-based, trade or installation environment.

- Strong understanding of WHS regulations and a commitment to safety.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule as required.

- Experience installing equipment preferred but not required

- Ability to check blueprint, repair manuals

- Must have right to work in Australia

- Must be able to obtain police clearance
