About the Role
As Retail Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our tyre and service centre, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing retail staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Overseeing sales, customer service, and inventory control
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Monitoring financial performance, budgets, and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Maintaining a safe and efficient workplace workplace
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive or tyre industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Solid understanding of sales, inventory, and financial management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary range is $75,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience Multiple Positions available
