What you’ll do:





- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to menu standards
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations in fast-paced environments
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assisting with stock rotation, inventory checks, and ordering
- Delivering consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control

What you’ll have:

- Experience across a variety of kitchen sections (such as breakfast, butchery, seafood, poultry, pastry, salads, canapés, sauces, stocks , etc.)
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- A Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is highly recommended (but not essential)
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and confidence working in different venues
