The Oportunity

We're looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team based in Bassendean .

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be travelling to customer sites across Perth (and occasionally regional WA) carrying out preventative maintenance, repairs, equipment installations and technical support.

Whether you're an experienced field service technician, have a trade background, or you're mechanically minded with a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you. Full product training and ongoing support will be provided.

Salary package: $60,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience and skills), plus a fully maintained company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial fitness equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Respond to customer service calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assemble, install and commission new fitness equipment.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate job records using a tablet.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice.




- Work safely and represent Gymcare professionally at all customer sites.
- Continue developing product knowledge through ongoing training.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

- A positive, friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving commercial fitness equipment.
- Current unrestricted WA C Class driver's licence.
- Safe driving history (driver's licence history may be requested).
- Comfortable using tablets and smartphones for job reporting.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Perth metropolitan area and occasionally regional Western Australia.
- Permanent Australian resident currently living within the Perth metropolitan area.

Highly Regarded:

- Trade background or previous field service technician experience
- Knowledge and experience with fitness equipment
- Alternatively, we're happy to consider a motivated recent school leaver who enjoys practical, hands-on work, has a strong mechanical aptitude, and is looking to build a long-term career with full training provided.
