This is an opportunity to learn from experienced chefs in a quick-paced, modern hotel where quality food, teamwork and creativity are at the heart of everything we do.
You'll complete yourCertificate III in Commercial Cookerywhile gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.This would suit someone who lived locally to Bonnells Bay
What you will learn includes but is not limited to
· Knife skills and food preparation
· Cooking across a modern pub menu
· Various cooking techniques
· Food safety and kitchen hygiene
· Stock rotation and kitchen organization
· Time management in a busy environment
· Working as part of a professional kitchen team
