Who we are seeking
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager, and Office Manager.
Full-Time preferred, however for the right person, part time may be an option.
Property Management, focusing on quality managment
Managing the relationship with tenants and landlords
Processing applications and signing current tenants
Portfolio of upto 60 properties only
Trust accounting
Inspections (routine, ingoing and outgoing)
Arranging and supervising maintenance and repairs
Lease renewals and rent reviews
Management of rent arrears
Residential Tenancy Tribunal hearings
Open Inspections
Bond refunds
Support to the the team
Customer service
Marketing and online listing management
Growing the rent roll




To be successful for this chance you must have the following qualities:-
Current CBS property management registration
Minimum 3 year experience in property management
Office Administration Experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Current drivers licence
Knowledge of Property me and/ or similar software
Self-motivated with a positive can do attitude
Trust accounting experience
