About the Role
Welcome clients to the showroom and showcase our range of stone slabs and tiles to architects, designers, homeowners, and stonemasons.
Ask open-ended questions to understand client's style, needs, and timelines, providing tailored product recommendations.
Respond to phone and email enquiries with personalised service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with stakeholders on samples, quotes, and lead times,



offering accurate and up-to-date product information.
Manage admin tasks including order processing, material pickups, inventory checks, and supporting the external sales team.
Keep the showroom immaculate—restocking, tidying, and ensuring brochures and displays are refreshed.
About You
You're naturally curious about creating beautiful spaces—whether you have your own Pinterest board, saving ideas for your dream home or you're always scrolling and staying inspired by the latest design trends.
You see the details others might miss.
Just as importantly, you enjoy working with people.
You build rapport easily, ask thoughtful questions, and take a genuine interest in understanding what others need, creating positive and memorable experiences along the way.
