Key Responsibilities
Assist in bringing in more business by communicating with new and existing customers
Effective management of inbound calls and outbound customer surveys and debt collection
Be the glue between operational performance and marketing through customer service follow-up activity.

Follow up quotes, appointments, and customer communications
Conduct customer surveys and support ongoing engagement
Assist with debt collection and account follow-ups
Contribute to efficient office operations and administration
About You
Proven experience in customer service or office administration
Strong communication and organisational skills
High computer literacy (Simpro and MS Office preferred)
Qualified, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
