Monadelphous Mining and Mineral North West is seeking a Mobilisation Officer to join our Shutdown and Maintenance Workforce Management Team based in our Victoria Park Head Office.
Reporting to the Workforce Management Team Lead, you will utilise your strong communication skills by liaising with various sites to ensure we meet operational requirements, with a focus on mobilisation, documentation and crew retention.
Ideally you are passionate about customer service, take pride in your organisational skills and can foster communication between our site and Perth based teams.
This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday.

Coordinating ongoing travel arrangements for our employees
End to end tasks to facilitate smooth mobilisation and demobilisation staff
Organisation of onboarding inductions, training & medical requirements
Communication between operations, site and Perth based teams
Maintaining compliance records for our clients
What you'll bring
At least 1 year of experience in mobilisation.
Rio Tinto experience is preferred, but not essential
Solid interpersonal and computer based skills
Passion for working in a team environment
Sound knowledge of client requirements
Great attention to detail
