A newly created role has emerged to lead the company's financial operations and play a key role in supporting Rapid's continued growth.
Reporting to the COO, the Group Finance Manager will oversee financial accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while providing commercial insights that strengthen performance across the business.
The role will also lead a small finance team, drive improvements in systems and processes, and ensure strong financial governance, compliance and risk management.
With flexibility to be based in either Adelaide or Sydney and with a flexible WFH arrangement, key responsibilities include month‐end and year‐end reporting, financial analysis, oversight of AP/AR,



optimisation of recurring billing processes, and identifying opportunities for automation and enhanced reporting capability.
The role also carries important responsibilities within Rapid's ISMS framework.
The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified with at least eight years' (or equivalent) experience in financial accounting and reporting, including some leadership responsibility.
Solid knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, advanced analytical capability and experience improving finance systems are essential.
Exposure to SaaS, technology or subscription‐based revenue models will be highly regarded.
