About the Role

You'll be an integral part of our clinical team, helping deliver calm, high-quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Assisting our clinicians with general and cosmetic dental procedures
- Creating a positive, reassuring experience for every patient
- Maintaining exceptional infection control and clinical standards
- Working closely with a supportive team that shows up for each other

Who We're Looking For

This role is perfect for someone who:

- Has at least 1 year experience in a busy dental practice
- Holds (or is currently completing) a Certificate III in Dental Assisting
- Is warm, professional, and truly cares about patient experience,



not just clinical process
- Values teamwork, respect, and clear communication
- Takes pride in doing things properly even when it's busy
- Holds Australian work authorisation at the time of application
